Call forwarding feature is used to transfer calls to another number when the phone is:

  • Busy
  • Unanswered
  • Unreachable

Follow these steps to enable/disable call forwarding on Samsung Galaxy smartphones.

Step 1: Go to the phone app

Step 2: Tap three dots

Step 3: Tap Settings

Step 4: Tap Supplementary services

Step 5: Tap Call forwarding from SIM1 or SIM2

Step 6: Tap Voice calls

Step 7: Choose when to forward a call from any of these options

Step 8: Enter a number or choose one from the contacts list

Step 9: Tap Enable

To disable:

Using "Forward when busy" as an example:

Step 1: Tap Forward when busy

Step 2: Tap Disable

Note: Steps may vary as per the device model, OS/One UI version and country
